Le PLU - Commune de Saint-Jorioz

L'objectif du Plan Local d'Urbanisme (PLU) est de rechercher un équilibre entre développement urbain et préservation des espaces naturels dans un perspective de développement durable.
Tenir compte des nouvelles préoccupations :

Renouvellement urbain
Habitat et mixité sociale
Diversité des fonctions urbaines
Transports et déplacements

Le PLU a été adopté le 26 novembre 2015, modifié le 13 décembre 2016, le 28 juin 2018, le 28 juin 2021 et le 10 février 2022.
